HG_FLOW Software

On a solitary screen : a viewer, a loader and a solver (where local parameters can be fine tuned) allow the rapid visualization and integration of the values of selected parameters. The complete situation is then analyzed by the software which provides with a risk assessment for both cross-contamination and protection of operator.

A screen capture can then be exported in a pdf format to be enclosed in a regulatory intended to be submitted to competent authority. All input parameters and corresponding outputs together with airflow (above left) and/or particle flow (right) visualization are then documented on a single view.

According to the project phase at which HG_Flow is used, environmental data (building, equipment, operator, HVAC parameters) are either adapted from engineering drawings for the design stage or directly obtained on site by 3D-scanning and integration of control results (inlet flow-rates, local temperatures and relative humidity, pressurization, ISO 14644 classification and recovery time, …) for existing facilities.

Each object (equipment, operator, door position,…) can be willingly loaded or not to assess its interference with aeraulic parameters.
Each numerical parameter can be tuned to define optimized solution or to repeat a given situation and evaluate its outcomes onto product quality or operators safety.



Performances of HG_Flow
HG_Flow may be considered as new CFD application. But HG Flow makes a clear rupture with other existing CFD applications as it affords for the first time a tool that can be routinely used in airflow and/or particle flow simulations for indoors environments like cleanrooms. It can be routinely used thanks to its specific computation algorithms which are like other derived from the Navier-Stokes equations but which are customized and optimized for engineering purposes.

When current competitive products requires hours and even days to get the result of computation, HG Flow needs only seconds or minutes to provide with a reliable solution.

This simply means that comparison of other existing CFD Solvers running on a comparable computer shows a computational speed greater than 1'000 for HG Flow. Basically, this corresponds to a gap as different as 7 min. and 5 days to provide with the result of an iterative calculation.
